At SoraGift we believe a gift should arrive as beautifully as it was chosen. That is why we offer free shipping on every order — no minimum, to every destination we serve.
Processing time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Estimated delivery (E-packet international):
- United States — 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union — 8–15 business days
- Other eligible countries — 10–20 business days
All parcels are tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Customs & import duties: Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your gift. If something is not right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived defective.
