1. Our Products

SoraGift offers handcrafted and thoughtfully curated gift items. We display colors and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations are natural characteristics of handmade goods.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected error, fraud, or unavailability.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide free of charge. Delivery estimates vary by destination - please see our Shipping Policy. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Returns

Our returns are covered by the Refund & Return Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including product photography, text, and design - is the property of SoraGift and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoraGift shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or products purchased through it.
