30-Day Free Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked. We even cover the return shipping - we'll email you a prepaid label.

Conditions

Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
Include your order number so we can process your refund faster.

Personalized or custom-engraved items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, we inspect it within 1-2 business days and issue your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds appear within 5-10 business days.
