Free Worldwide Shipping

Every SoraGift order ships free - no minimum, no exceptions.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours to activate after dispatch.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll refund your order or reship it once the correct address is confirmed.
